KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. - Technicians in the Space Station Processing Facility at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center help guide one of six batteries for the P4 truss onto a stand in order to replace them. A new battery is being installed on the truss to ensure it does not exceed the lifetime expectancy prior to installation on the International Space Station. The P4 truss is part of the payload for mission 12A, STS-115.
