CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - At the Shuttle Landing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Air Force One taxies down the runway. Aboard is President Barack Obama who came to Kennedy to address the participants of the Conference on the American Space Program for the 21st Century.
