1930--Dr. Robert Goddard built this 30 by 60 ft. workshop for rocket construction at the Mescalero Ranch, 3 miles northeast of Roswell, New Mexico. NASA Goddard Space Flight Center enables NASA’s mission through four scientific endeavors: Earth Science, Heliophysics, Solar System Exploration, and Astrophysics.
