Mastracchio, mission specialist, participates in a simulation exercise on the flight deck of the crew compartment trainer (CCT-1) at the Johnson Space Center's Systems Integration Facility. With four crew members seated on the flight deck and three on the mid deck, the astronauts rehearsed procedures for countdown and launch.
