Located on the tow-way at the south end of the Shuttle Landing Facility, the complex includes a multi-purpose RLV hangar (right) and adjacent facilities for related ground support equipment and administrative/technical support. The gate to the SLF is at the end of the tow-way to the left. The SLF runway is on the left horizon. At the other end can be seen the mate/demate device, with the office building below it. A drainage canal lies on either side of the tow-way
