KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. - In NASA Kennedy Space Center’s Payload Hazardous Servicing Facility, the New Horizons spacecraft, in the background, sits on a work stand prior to being moved to a spin table, seen in the foreground. The spacecraft will undergo a spin test as part of prelaunch processing. New Horizons is expected to be launched in January 2006 on a journey to Pluto and its moon, Charon.
