KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. - A ribbon-cutting at NASA's Kennedy Space Center officially reactivated the Operations and Checkout Building's west door as entry to the crew exploration vehicle (CEV) environment. At the podium is Center Director Jim Kennedy, who is discussing KSC's transition from shuttle to CEV in the rest of the decade.
