CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. ---  In Orbiter Processing Facility Bay 3 at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, space shuttle Discovery's payload bay doors are closing.  Seen at center is a Ku-band antenna that can be used on orbit to transmit and receive information from the ground through the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite  system.   Discovery is the designated vehicle on the STS-124 mission to the International Space Station.  On the mission, the shuttle will transport the Kibo Japanese Experiment Module - Pressurized Module and the Japanese Remote Manipulator System. The payload will be installed at the launch pad.
