CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – The crew members for the STS-126 mission arrive at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida to prepare for launch. Mission Specialist Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper describes their fly-in around the launch pad and eagerness to get to the International Space Station. Next to her are Mission Specialists Shane Kimbrough, Steve Bowen and Sandra Magnus. STS-126 is the 124th space shuttle flight and the 27th flight to the International Space Station. The mission will feature four spacewalks and important repair work and will prepare the space station to house six crew members for long- duration missions.
