CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – On a tour of NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, NASA Administrator Charles Bolden stops in the Operations and Checkout Building to view the high bay planned for the assembly of the Constellation Program's Orion crew vehicle.
