CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – STS-128 Commander Rick Sturckow sits in the Shuttle Training Aircraft cockpit at NASA Kennedy Space Center's Shuttle Landing Facility. Sturckow and Pilot Kevin Ford are ready to practice shuttle landings as preparation for space shuttle Discovery's launch Aug. 25 on the STS-128 mission. The 13-day mission will deliver a new crew member and 33,000 pounds of equipment to the International Space Station.
