CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, dense fog moving ashore from the Atlantic Ocean engulfs the Vehicle Assembly Building on an atypical December afternoon. It is the second time in one day that fog has obscured the top of the 525-foot-tall processing facility, known as the VAB. Space Shuttle Endeavour currently is in the VAB's High Bay 1 where it is being attached to its external fuel tank and solid rocket boosters in preparation for its targeted launch in early February 2010.
