CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – An engineer from NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center watches the landing of remote-controlled aircraft. The aircraft is equipped with a unique set of sensors and software and was assembled by a team of engineers for a competition at the agency's Kennedy Space Center. Teams from Johnson Space Center and Marshall Space Flight Center joined a Kennedy team in competing in an unmanned aerial systems event to evaluate designs and work by engineers learning new specialties.
