CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- In the NASA News Center annex at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, social media participants listen to a briefing by Marco Toral, deputy program manager for the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite Program at the agency's Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. The social media participants gathered at the Florida spaceport for the launch of the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite, or TDRS-L spacecraft.
