CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – An up close view of one of the large vertical lift doors on the east side of the Vehicle Assembly Building, or VAB, at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Inside the VAB, modifications are underway to prepare High Bay 3 for a new platform system. The modifications are part of a centerwide refurbishment initiative under the Ground Systems Development and Operations Program.
