CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Steven Clarke, NASA Joint Agency Satellite Division director for the agency’s Science Mission Directorate, prepares to brief media on preparations for the liftoff of NOAA’s Deep Space Climate Observatory spacecraft, or DSCOVR. DSCOVR will launch aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. The mission is a partnership between NOAA, NASA and the U.S. Air Force.
