3108: At the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, Expedition 41/42 Flight Engineer Elena Serova of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) waves goodbye to well-wishers Sept. 12 before departing for the launch site at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan for final pre-launch training.
