jsc2021e029976 (6/30/2021) --- A preflight view of the TARGIT cubesat. The Tethering And Ranging Mission of the Georgia Institute of Technology (TARGIT) tests a miniaturized Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) imaging camera. The camera tracks and takes images of a tethered inflatable target to verify its performance and demonstrate precision topographic mapping capability and use of an inflatable as a drag device.
