The quartet were preparing to depart from Houston aboard NASA's Gulfstream V research aircraft to Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The foursome plan to launch on Oct. 31, 2021, aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon Endurance to the International Space Station for a six-month mission.
