The MINDS investigation builds upon prior research to study how brain organoids respond to neuroinflammation and better understand disorders like Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and Alzheimer’s Disease. Investigation results could inform how microgravity affects brain organoids and support the development of therapies that address neurodegenerative diseases.
