KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. -  Inside the Launch Control Center, Associate Administrator for Space Operations Mission William Gerstenmaier congratulates the launch team after the liftoff of Space Shuttle Atlantis on mission STS-115.  Behind him, at right, are Pat Leslie and Robbie Ashley, STS-115 payload manager.  Mission STS-115 is the 116th space shuttle flight, the 27th flight for orbiter Atlantis, and the 19th U.S. flight to the International Space Station.
