Horowitz, pilot, looks over tools he may use to perform an Inflight Maintenance (IFM) chore on the mid deck of the Earth-orbiting space shuttle Columbia. The glovebox facility is at upper left. Horowitz joined four other astronauts and an international payload specialist for 16 days of scientific research in Earth-orbit.
